Financial Health Check
If you use the Financial Health Check, AMG Global collects your first name, email address, assessment type, optional company name, optional marketing consent, source or campaign information, and the financial figures you voluntarily enter.
The assessment does not request account numbers, card numbers, social insurance numbers, banking credentials, passwords or financial institution login details.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to:
- Review and respond to your inquiry
- Determine whether AMG Global's services are appropriate for your situation
AMG Global does not use your information for marketing purposes, does not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and does not sell personal information.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to AMG Financial Clarity Notes, AMG Global collects your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo, a third-party email service. Your information is used to send the requested newsletter and related AMG Global information. AMG Global maintains records of consent and unsubscribe requests so those preferences can be respected. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter email or by contacting AMG Global at advisory@amgglobalinc.com.
Financial Health Check reports
Financial Health Check information is used to calculate and display an educational report, save the assessment lead, understand where the inquiry originated, and support appropriate follow-up. The V1 report is displayed immediately on screen and is not sent by email. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive the report.
4. Third-Party Form Processing (Formspree)
Contact form submissions on this website are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service based in the United States. Formspree receives your submission data and forwards it to AMG Global. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that your information passes through Formspree's servers. Formspree's privacy policy governs its processing of your data and is available at formspree.io.
5. Data Retention
AMG Global retains inquiry information for a reasonable period to respond to and follow up on your request. Information that does not result in an engagement is not retained indefinitely. Information collected in the course of a client engagement is retained in accordance with applicable professional and legal obligations.
